As a Senior Account Solutions Engineer, you will be a trusted advisor to our financial services clients in the Commercial segment. You will develop and drive a compelling multi-cloud transformation vision that aligns with the strategic objectives of the account, engaging with key decision-makers. You will lead and coordinate the entire solution cycle, presenting innovative Salesforce and partner solutions while fostering strong customer and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Account Executives to deeply understand the customer's unique business goals and challenges throughout the sales cycle.

  • Develop and drive a multi-cloud point-of-view that aligns with the strategic vision of the account, navigating operating units and client decision makers.

  • Clearly articulate the benefits and competitive differentiation of Salesforce solutions to customers at all levels.

  • Leverage technical expertise and product knowledge to create tailored solutions that address customer challenges and deliver value.

  • Lead the discovery process by aggregating and interpreting customer data effectively to ensure a clear path for the account team.

  • Coordinate and lead the entire solution cycle through close collaboration with other high-performing teams.

  • Present compelling Salesforce & partner solutions while supporting relationships with customers and partners.

  • Apply knowledge of economic, financial, and market trends within the financial services industry to identify growth opportunities for customers.

  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge of business challenges in areas such as technology strategy, process, policy, compliance, and legal within financial services.

  • Build and nurture strong connections with customers throughout the sales process and beyond, acting as a trusted advisor.

  • Continuously enhance expertise in Salesforce solutions, product capabilities, and relevant industry and market trends, while proactively seeking and leveraging feedback to refine approaches and maintain a trusted advisor status with customers.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Solutions Engineer or similar role.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into effective technical solutions.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • A track record of successfully leading and closing complex sales opportunities.

  • Experience in working in the Financial Services industry will be considered favourably
