  • Substantial experience in Change Management and Adoption.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure AI, and Copilot technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Passion for innovation, customer success and continuous learning.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
Responsibilities

Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Be a trusted advisor and drive business value through AI Transformation : Create business value by translating customer challenges into actionable solutions aligned to high ROI customer outcomes. Ensure a seamless, connected experience that fosters satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term value.
  • Lead Adoption Strategy : Design and execute tailored adoption and change management plans that align with customer business objectives and Microsoft’s AI vision.
  • Drive Organizational Change : Guide customers through the cultural and operational shifts required to embed Copilot into daily workflows.
  • Champion Business Value : Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes, using ROI models, usage analytics and success metrics.
  • Enable Stakeholders : Engage executive sponsors, change agents and champions to build momentum and sustain adoption across departments.
  • Deliver Readiness & Training : Facilitate workshops, onboarding sessions, and enablement programs to upskill users and ensure Copilot readiness.
  • Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with sales, engineering, and partners to ensure seamless delivery and customer success.
  • Contribute to IP & Scale : Help build reusable assets, playbooks, and best practices to scale adoption efforts across regions.
  • Embrace a growth mindset: Act as the voice of the customer by proactively sharing insights, feedback and success stories to inform internal strategy and execution.
