Required Qualifications (RQs):

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND several relevant years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience
• Deep technical expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and Agents with Copilot Studio
• Experience from adoption and change enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Chat and Agents in Enterprise organizations
• Proven track record of several experience working in a customer-facing role (e.g., internal and/or external).
• Strong hands-on experience leading technical projects.
• Fluent in of both Swedish and English - Spoken and written.
• Currently based in Sweden.

Preferred Qualifications (PQs)

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, Liberal Arts, or related field AND several relevant years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, information technology (IT) consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 8+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting
  • OR equivalent experience.
• Technical Certification in Cloud (e.g.,Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert,Azure, Amazon Web Services, Google, security certifications).
