  • Provide leadership and mentorship to your team, fostering a culture of professional growth and high performance. Your guidance will help develop future leaders and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Underwriting and Customers Operations teams.

What you’ll need:
  • 5+ years in a similar role, within the insurance industry or in tech

  • 2+ years of experience in team management or leadership

  • Demonstrated success in project management, with a track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects to completion

  • Advanced data analysis skills, including the ability to interpret and leverage data to make informed decisions

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex issues and find actionable solutions

  • A Bachelor's degree

  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels

What you’re applying for

As an IT Specialist at Lemonade you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting and developing new processes and automations for our IT stack, including SaaS apps and our user lifecycle (onboarding, off boarding, access management).

In this role, you’ll leverage automations and generative AI to devise and implement innovative and creative solutions.

In this role you’ll
  • Deliver exceptional IT support, resolving hardware and software issues, ensuring network connectivity, and providing effective remote assistance

  • Build and maintain a fresh, automated employee onboarding and offboarding experience

  • Implement automations to streamline IT operations, enhancing efficiency and security

  • Utilize AI prompt engineering to improve the effectiveness of IT support tasks

  • Develop solutions for first-level support - create informative knowledge-base articles and user-friendly self-service tools

  • Take charge of our IT products, identifying opportunities for enhancements and innovation

  • Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful outcomes

  • Stay informed on the latest IT trends and technologies

  • Work collaboratively with other tech professionals to provide outstanding service to users

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in optimizing IT operations and automation with various tech stacks

  • A knack for jumping into new challenges and solving them independently

  • The ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced tech environment

  • A degree in computer science, IT, or related field

  • A proactive attitude towards taking ownership of your work
