Job responsibilities

  • Manage Client experience across all aspects of their day to day relationship with JPMorgan Payments

  • Maintain an accurate and active service temperature check for all Clients within the portfolio

  • Identify and remediate service issues that impact the Client and escalate potential risk associated with Client activities

  • Understand organizational structure in order to be able to communicate and remediate Client impacting issues promptly and effectively

  • Understand the Client’s business to anticipate their servicing needs and provide appropriate support and solutions (become the Client’s champion)

  • Assist in developing and executing jointly agreed service plans that focus on process improvements for Clients

  • Promote use of our electronic service tools to allow Clients to easily find the payment related information they require, and also participate in and support Payments business initiatives that will positively impact the Client experience

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Fluent Hebrew and English speaker

  • Strong Customer-facing / relationship management experience in similar area

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive communication skills

  • Ability to develop and mobilize internal network, key stakeholders and associated resources

  • Keen interest in the Banking digital technology transformation agenda

  • In depth understanding of the importance of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion philosophy

  • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlines

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Knowledge of data analytical tools such as Altryx and a good understanding of AI.
  • Banking background.

As a Client Service Associate you will be the single point of contact and subject matter expert for onboarding new customers and managing KYC records renewals. Aligned with a designated Front Office team, you will facilitate KYC execution across all teams, ensuring an exceptional client onboarding experience. Your role requires building strong relationships with internal and external customers, managing expectations, and providing timely updates on onboarding progress.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the KYC book of work for your designated Front Office sub-Line of Business, prioritizing active requests and providing status updates.
  • Build and develop strong partnerships, identifying challenges and eliminating roadblocks with all internal partners.
  • Work with Front Office teams to obtain necessary supporting evidence for KYC due diligence.
  • Ensure all client information is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate case prioritization, capacity planning, and assignment with back office teams.
  • Stay updated on process changes, regulatory changes, and communicate impacts to business partners.
  • Manage personal workload and priorities, escalating key risks/issues to management as needed.
  • Identify and execute process improvements, providing guidance on key process and technology initiatives.
  • Serve as a role model to peers, driving training and sharing of best practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banking / finance sector.
  • Working knowledge of KYC/Compliance/AML standards.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills with experience in conflict resolution.
  • Resilient interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively with business partners and senior managers.
  • Client-focused with a strong controls mindset.
  • Hands-on approach with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Full proficiency in English and Hebrew.
  • Proactive and flexible approach to workload and team targets.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills for maximum productivity.

  • Manage complex, multi-product client relationships as the primary relationship manager and capable of driving business independently

  • Initiate and maintain strategic dialogue with existing clients, advisors and prospects to generate ongoing corporate finance, treasury services and credit opportunities.
  • Oversee onboarding, implementation and service efforts across multiple internal business partners
  • Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset balanced with the ability to manage risk (credit, operational, and reputational) appropriately
  • Be an exceptional partner, who will collaborate with different teams and geographies across JP Morgan to bring the best solutions to our clients
  • Prepare and review marketing materials for use in client meetings covering topics such as financing, working capital optimization, industry and peer analysis.
  • Collaborate with credit underwriting team on analysis, structuring, negotiation, and documentation of credit requests.

  • Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services
  • Excellent sales management and business development skills
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships
