As it is a pipeline for future graduate opportunities, based on individual performance and achievements, those who successfully complete the program may receive offers of full-time employment with the firm to join the two-year Payments rotational analyst program. Holding the permanent right to work in Hong Kong is an advantage, however, candidates requiring visa sponsorship may still apply.

The China Seasonal Internship Program is a 6-month program designed to provide a realistic career experience with the firm and exposure to top professionals across functions. • Assisting Corporate Bankers in managing existing client relationship and developing new client base
• Preparing internal approval documents such as credit memos and balance sheet committee models
