As an Early Careers Associate Recruiter within our Talent Acquisition team, you will partner with hiring managers to streamline decision-making processes and reduce time-to-hire. You will manage high-volume end-to-end recruiting processes for different clients in Latin America and Canada region, source and review candidates at scale, and build robust talent pipelines. You will utilize AI-powered sourcing tools to maximize efficiency, coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, and ensure a high-quality candidate experience. Additionally, you will track recruiting metrics, collaborate with HR for smooth onboarding, and provide regular updates on hiring processes.

Job Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to streamline decision-making processes and reduce time-to-hire.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication skills (written and oral).
• Knowledge of MS Office package (mainly PowerPoint and Excel).
• Organized, with a demonstrated focus on client management and the ability to be flexible and prioritize deliverables.

You will interact with multiple lines of business and internal stakeholders while learning legal entity controllership end-to-end. You will liaise with the line of business finance teams, operations, and the Legal Entity Controller community to drive the Legal Entity agenda.
Job Responsibilities

• Legal Entity accounting & control on a monthly basis, including month-end close process, review of inter-entity breaks, and unnatural general ledger balance monitoring
• Month-End analytical review of the legal entity to ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements and preparation of various reports, including monthly P&L report by LoB
• Investigation, analysis and resolution of issues and response to ad-hoc queries
• Assist in the Booking Model review and on-going Legal Entity Control Standard compliance monitoring
• Ensuring comfort and active participation on internal/external audit
• Responsible for Central Bank quarterly deliverables (including Financial Statements preparation)
• Ensure adequate implementation of any changes in Central Bank Accounting Rules
• Participate in Firmwide legal entity reporting projects including infrastructure and process improvement efforts and other Controller initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 3+ years finance/accounting – related experience, Financial Institutions experience is a plus
• Strong accounting and analytical acumen, with ability to understand, produce and explain income statement and balance sheet content and variances
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to prepare executive level presentations
• Ability to work effectively with others, as well as act as an effective liaison with all business partners within the lines of business or legal entity chains
• IFRS knowledge, US GAAP is a plus
• Innovation tool command is appreciated (e.g: Alteryx, Tableau, Phython)

Job Responsibilities

• Supporting the NY-based Ratings Advisory team on deals with ability to execute work relating to client interactions and deal executions
• Drafting and refining marketing/execution materials for maximum client impact
• Creating and reviewing financial projection models and rating agency models
• Conducting analytic work to move marketing/execution processes forward
• Keeping abreast of key market and rating agency specific developments and establishing knowledge of the target client base and relevant market dynamics

The aforementioned activities may occur in connection with:
