Job Responsibilities:
- Create and oversee recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
- Design and develop robust sourcing strategies in partnership with the business.
- Outline strategic plans and present regular updates to senior management.
- Actively lead and guide the business to drive the recruiting agenda.
- Maintain and refresh school teams and business interviewers.
- Build a solid recruiting platform and market efforts internally.
- Formulate selling strategies for candidates with offers.
- Evaluate sources of hire and adjust sourcing strategies as necessary.
- Manage and maintain the campus recruiting budget.
- Develop expertise in recruiting techniques and competitive intelligence.
- Partner with hiring managers to establish annual analyst and intern hiring targets.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- MBA in Human Resources with 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team.
- Excellent communication skills and executive presence.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Ability to translate business strategy into a recruitment agenda.
