As our next, you’ll be responsible for setting up, starting, shutting down, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding processes. Your expertise inwill be key to ensuring optimal production quality and efficiency.

• Visual acuity for defect detection and color variation
• Safe operation of molding machines, robots, forklifts, and overhead cranes
• Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills
• Knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, and fluid power systems
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Basic math and reading skills
• Experience with process documentation and optimization
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing or 6S principles
• Forklift certification or overhead crane operation experience

• Commitment to safety, quality, and 6S workplace principles
• Forklift or overhead crane certification
• Knowledge of molding automation and robotics
• Prior experience with setup and maintenance of molding machines
• Skills in basic math, reading technical documents, and quality inspection
