As our next, you’ll be at the forefront of setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting plastic injection molding processes. Your expertise inwill be critical to ensuring product quality and production efficiency.
Why You’ll Love Working Here:• Set up and monitor mold operations and plastic part processing to meet specifications
• Pull and install molds safely using overhead cranes
• Complete job changeovers, including tools and auxiliary equipment setup
• Verify correct materials and molds are used; make hydraulic, water, and electrical connections
• Start up machines, inspect parts, and adjust processes to meet quality standards
• Troubleshoot equipment during shifts to ensure consistent production
• Complete documentation and process setting records for each mold change
• Coordinate with other departments as needed and support raw and finished material movement
• High school diploma required; technical associate degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an injection molding facility
• Prior hands-on experience in plastic injection molding processes
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate in a physically active environment
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to read and follow technical instructions
• Commitment to safety, quality, and 6S workplace principles
• Forklift or overhead crane certification
• Knowledge of molding automation and robotics
• Prior experience with setup and maintenance of molding machines
• Skills in basic math, reading technical documents, and quality inspection
