You will help to reimagine experiences that enable seamless 3P integrations and embedded 3P offerings in QuickBooks; and lead design for enhancing our developer portal and expanding our partner program.

  • Leading and Growing a Design Team: Managing a team of product designers, fostering their growth, and setting design direction.

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in product design, with 2+ years leading a team of 4-8 designers in a larger, matrixed organization.
  • Experience working on platform teams, design systems, or infrastructure-level components is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong UX craft, including interaction design, pattern architecture, and internal usability.

  2.   • Interface with accountants and value added resellers (VARs) to understand their needs
