Qualifications
8+ years of experience delivering world class product experiences with a track record of launching and scaling customer-facing products in a platform-heavy role
Deep experience in fintech, with hands-on experience in digital wallet technologies. Technical understanding of digital payments infrastructure, tokenization, handling sensitive data, and regulatory requirements
Demonstrated ability to establish and evangelize a compelling product vision and strategy. Creative, strategic, and innovative, with a history of executing and delivering results
Track record of driving multiple scrum teams in a complex organizational environment to deliver outcomes and manage stakeholder expectations
Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners
Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to assess disparate datastreams and distill them into meaningful, actionable strategic insights and recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels
