This is a non-commissioned, strategic program management position in the AMR ISV organization.

  • Leverages strong knowledge of business domains, project/program management techniques and data driven methodologies to provide analytical and process management expertise to project/program teams.
  • Proposes solutions for business problems of moderate scope/complexity and leverages available resources to achieve resolution.
  • Works directly with project/program managers to help implement project/program objectives, support variable aspects of projects, and collaborates to monitor and drive timely execution.
  • Conducts quantitative and qualitative analysis to support project/program objectives, including but not limited to assessing resource utilization, maintaining project management systems, tracking project progress and efficiency, monitoring objectives and key results (OKR)/business indicators, identifying performance gaps, assessing project/program risks and ensuring compliance with processes and guidelines.
  • Utilizes advanced visualization skills to report data led insights to key stakeholders, facilitating optimal decision making.
  • Engages directly with key BU/domain stakeholders on matters of significance to meeting program/project objectives.
  • Collaborates with business project/program managers to develop and maintain project/program management infrastructure in areas such as issue tracking, reporting, dashboard monitoring, deckbuilding/storyboarding,project plan builds, monitoring and analysis.
  • Provides project/program plan trend analysis and control including analysis, research, development, and maintenance of the project/program data.
  • Maintains awareness of emerging business trends and project management techniques. Provides recommendations for improvement of project management processes currently in use.

The successful candidate must demonstrate the following:

  • Strategic thinker at the same time detailed executer.
  • Passionate manager who initiates projects.
  • Discipline.
Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BA degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven track report of strategic business and programs planning, execution, tracking, reporting.
  • Experience in working directly with partners, marketing, 3rd party vendors.
  • Proven track record of GTM programs management.
  • Project Management experience and skill set.
  • Experience in managing external and internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the software eco-system, and trends.
  • Understanding of VMware by Broadcom solutions and business models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA degree.
  • Program management experience with the software vendors.

This is a non-commissioned sales position primarily responsible for consumption and sell through based activities with AI ISV’s.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Works in Americas region to lead external AI ISV partners.
  • Develops the partner business plan, implements partner programs, coordinates co-selling between partner and Intel's sales team, drives indirect billing and/or consumption through partners, while promoting Intel's products and services.
  • Builds trusted relationships with the partners to drive short term sales objectives while establishing scale via long-term strategic alignment with partners across the ecosystem.
  • Follows partner ecosystem trends and shares innovative perspectives to advance the joint business priorities and open new opportunities in the market/industry.
  • Supports go to market campaigns and collaborates on presales and proof of concept execution, and training programs, to ensure successful execution of the account plan targets and performance metrics.

Note: This sales position is paid APB Corporate Bonus.

Qualifications:

As an experienced sales professional, your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Developing relationships at all levels with our customers and partners where you are considered as a trusted, collaborative partner.
  • Use those trusted relationships to gain an in depth understanding of our customer's technical and commercial objectives, their organization structure, key influencers, and how they will make decisions.
  • Boldly advocate on behalf of our customers to influence Intel BUs to co-develop value added technical and commercial proposals, guide customer evaluations and weighting of tradeoffs, and ultimately drive design wins for Intel's products and technologies into their solutions.
  • Working as a team, paired with an Account Executives (AE), who manages the commercial and business side of the customer relationship while you focus on the technology and product conversations. In some instances, you may have to play both Technical and Account management roles, so you are also expected to be comfortable to negotiate contracts, manage pricing and commercial discussions as secondary to your technical sales role.
  • Collaborating with international colleagues, supporting multinational customers, understanding cultural and national factors that need to be considered as part of a global team.
  • Understand competitor's strengths and weaknesses relative to the appropriate technical strategy
  • Communicate strategies to the appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination
  • Competency of and ability to advocate for Intel's solutions and complementary technologies in the areas as described in the job description.
  • Familiarity with Intel's customer engagement and business practices including partner ecosystem, pricing, forecasting, Terms and Conditions, distribution and business code of ethics.

In your role as the technical sales strategy lead, you will additionally be expected to have and continuously evolve:

  • Technical competencies toward becoming well-versed in the vehicle Electrical and Electronic architecture (past and future trends), plus related support of the development, manufacture, and post-production phases of our customers products they deliver to market.
  • Knowledge pertaining to vehicle compute and networking architectures, Automotive component qualification standards Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous advanced sensing technologies, AI including. deep machine learning principals, embedded Operating System and SW foundations, and Functional Safety (FuSa).
  • The ability to help triage quality, design, or manufacturing issues that may arise, being recognized as a customer advocate in driving the coordination of Intel resources to determine root cause and ensuring timely corrective actions.

Intel Foundry’s Ecosystem Technology Office (ETO) has the overall responsibility for the design ecosystem, including setting the requirements from the various ecosystem technologies, ensuring their development and validation, and finally promoting the results from these engagements through industry channels and customer outreach, which is the role and responsibility of the Ecosystems Promotion Office (EPO) team.

Responsibilities for Manager, Ecosystem Promotions Office:

  • Build relationships with alliances members to strengthen our go-to-market and joint marketing plans and demonstrate a win-win mindset.
  • Create and deliver on promotion plans, programs and activities across a mix of channels (online, video, social, events, PR, etc.) to support ecosystem alliances and strategic partnerships.
  • Automate and maintain processes/tools for ETO – to streamline approvals, implementation, and documentation.
  • Help create and deliver ecosystem-related content, including working on abstracts and submissions for events, social media posts, blogs and videos. Help with reviews of presentations, announcements, white papers, etc.
  • Support Intel Foundry, industry, and ecosystem events. Manage event sponsorship, coordination and related logistics.
Qualifications:
