Keyrequirements:

  • +5 years of experience as Product Trainer or on similar position
  • Technical knowledge of Honeywell fire alarm technology (ESSER, NOTIFIER others) would be an advantage
  • Normative expertise infire alarm systems – very welcome,(e.g. EN 54, polish legislative, knowledge in the field of voice alarms – nice to have)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and very good MS Office knowledge
  • Languages: good knowledge of English and Polish, Ukrainian language would be an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervision of a team of engineers in the development of applications for BMS / HVAC controllers, for building automation systems, including control over the overall process of technological commissioning
  • Ensuring a smooth process of integration of devices and systems within a single BMS platform, managing the technical infrastructure of the building.
  • Coordinate over the comprehensive preparation of visualization of systems integrated into the BMS.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to ensure effective project implementation in the commissioning of the building automation system
  • Analysis and verification of project documentation and bids in terms of technical and budgetary constraints, ability to identify optimal technical solutions including financial aspects.
  • Co-creation of work schedules and ongoing control of their compliance with the project assumptions
  • Coordination of the work of the design office, subcontractor companies and close cooperation with the final client
  • Representing the company in coordination meetings on technical solutions and progress of engineering works
  • Value Engineering at the stage of development of project documentation
  • Close supervision at the stage of commissioning and acceptance of installations.
  • Support in Development of as-built documentation.
  • Resolve ongoing technical issues and project correspondence on ongoing activities (including in English) with the PM team, the customer and the Honeywell support center.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent skill in automation controller programming techniques, supported by at least three years of experience in the building automation or BMS industry, including coordination of a team of engineers and commissioners on site
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and direct in-house and subcontractor resources
  • Ability to coordinate project activities and effectively manage collaboration between the project office and client arrangements
  • Established knowledge of ventilation systems, heating and cooling systems as well as automation and control systems.
  • Practical knowledge of instrumentation and control equipment (control and measurement equipment and automation) - knowledge of Honeywell technology will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of communication protocols (BACnet, Modbus, Mbus), including installation wiring rules, technical limitations and third-party integrated products.
  • B category driving license.
  • Knowledge of English at least B2 level (daily communication in English).

NICE TO HAVE

  • Knowledge of low current installations (Fire, Security) will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, resource management training
  • Knowledge of Niagara framework.
  • Knowledge of SIMATIC, S7 - 1500 controllers programming.
  • Good knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office package (Including Ms Project) and interest in IT.
  • SEP license up to 1 kV cat. E. and/or construction license.
