Job Purpose:

· You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development.

· Support System’s Migration and Upgrades.

· Maintain high-level knowledge of Honeywell systems hardware and software platforms.

· Support other engineers in troubleshooting and report progress of each service project/activities and issues to the Field Service Manager

Field Service Engineer I responsibilities

· DCS maintenance, Software and Hardware troubleshooting

· Installation of the control system’s software and hardware Upgrades and Migrations

· Technical Support for Customers

· System diagnosis: Diagnosis and escalation for rectification of issues in application software

· May require carrying out site work and international assignments from time to time,

· Ability to change system’s hardware parts, install control system’s software including updates and patches.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree/in Electrical, Automation or IT Engineering (Recent Graduate)

Required skills

· Networking knowledge and experience.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Server and Windows OS configuration

· Cyber Security Awareness (McAfee, Symantec)

· Good knowledge and experience in the hardware assembly process

· Knowledge of ISO requirements

· Ability to travel 50-60% of the time since the activities are perform on our client´s site

Behavioural Competencies Required:

· Use open two-way communication style both internally and externally with Honeywell customers.

· Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

· Identify solutions to meet and go beyond customer needs

In affiancamento al manager di riferimento e a colleghi più senior, svolgerai le seguenti attività:

· Assistenza e manutenzione su apparecchiature Honeywell o di terze parti quali sistemi di integrazione degli edifici, CCTV e sistemi di controllo accessi

· Fornire risultati misurabili per i nostri clienti con particolare attenzione al comfort, al consumo energetico e alle prestazioni delle risorse dell'edificio utilizzando le tecnologie dei servizi connessi e il software interno EBI.

· Installare EBI, preparare la grafica e i lavori di programmazione necessari secondo le specifiche

É periodicamente richiesta la reperibilità al di fuori del normale orario di lavoro secondo i turni concordati con il proprio manager di riferimento.

Sono previste trasferte fino all’80% del tempo (area Nord Italia).

Requisiti fondamentali:

· Sei un/una neodiplomato/a o neolaureato/a in ambito IT, ingegneria elettrica o simili di età inferiore a 29 anni

· Hai una buona conoscenza della lingua italina e inglese

· Sei interessato e motivato ad intraprendere un percorso di crescita all’interno di un'azienda internazionale

· Hai una buona conoscenza dei sistemi operativi Microsoft

· Hai una conoscenza di base della sicurezza informatica e della configurazione di rete.

· Requisiti preferenziali:

· Conoscenza base di RDBMS;

· Conoscenza di base dell'appliance virtuale come VM Ware in ambiente ESXi;

· Conoscenza base dei linguaggi di programmazione (Visual Basic, Visual Basic Scripting);

· Buona conoscenza della programmazione PLC;

· Principi HVAC Conoscenze di base;

· Buona conoscenza dei software di Building Integration;

· Conoscenza di base dei protocolli standard del settore quali: MODBUS, MODBUS RTU, BacNET, LonWorks, ecc.
