What a typical day looks like:
Lead and inspire a diverse team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability
Implement succession planning to ensure a strong talent pipeline and career growth opportunities
Attract and retain top industry talent
Oversee product line P&L to meet financial targets and maximize profitability
Analyse financial performance and implement strategies to enhance margin and Return on Sales (ROS)
Develop and execute a product line strategy aligned with overall business objectives
Drive portfolio expansion through new product introductions (NPI) and market entry strategies
Lead M&A initiatives to strengthen market position, including due diligence and integration planning
Oversee R&D focused on vitality and market leadership
Establish the company as a market SME by monitoring market trends and competitive landscape
Drive strategies that grow market share and customer engagement across the product line and within Flex
Ensure compliance with NEMA/IEC standards for products and customer mix
Implement best practices for sustainability and ESG strategies
Manage ramps, transfers, and operational projects for efficiency and strategic alignment.
Drive regionalization strategies to optimize market reach and customer satisfaction
Champion continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across the organisation
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field; MBA mindset preferred
7+ years of experience in product line management, business development, or related roles
Proven knowledge and experience in working with Busway products
Proven track record in P&L management and strategic planning
Strong knowledge of market dynamics, M&A processes, and industry standards (NEMA/IEC)
Experience in sustainability and ESG strategies
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Hyperscale and Colocation market knowledge preferred
Willingness to travel globally

What a typical day looks like:
Lead, mentor, and manage regional engineering leaders and teams (electrical and mechanical) to ensure alignment with global business objectives and Anord Mardix’s standards of engineering excellence
Oversee the structure, process and output of sustaining engineering activities, ensuring existing products—including modular power PODs and enclosures—are maintained, improved, and supported throughout their lifecycle
Direct teams and org structure to effectively design of products such as busway systems, switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, modular power PODs, and enclosures, ensuring compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory guideline
Champion process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize engineering workflows, reduce costs, and improve lead times for customer projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product management, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and sales—to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of customer-centric solutions
Implement and manage rigorous design review and approval processes, leveraging tools such as FMEA, PPAP, and PLM systems to enhance product quality and reliability
Develop and execute a strategic engineering roadmap, identifying new technologies and methodologies to enhance product offerings and maintain competitive advantage
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the global engineering function, ensuring objectives are met and aligned with product line strategies
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration with radical candor across global teams, supporting talent development through coaching, training, and career advancement
Engage with customers, suppliers, and industry bodies to stay informed of market trends, technological advancements, and best practices
Ensure all engineering activities adhere to quality, safety, and compliance standards, supporting Anord Mardix’s reputation for reliability and excellence
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
MBA or master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline
Proven experience leading global engineering teams in a manufacturing or critical power solutions environment
Strong technical background in electrical and mechanical design, with expertise in products such as busway systems, switchgear, PDUs, RPPs, modular power PODs, and enclosures
Demonstrated success in process innovation, continuous improvement, and reducing lead times for engineered products
Exceptional leadership, people management, and mentoring skills, with a focus on developing high-performing, collaborative teams
Experience with engineering quality systems, regulatory compliance, and industry standards
Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels and across regions
Strong project management abilities, including planning, resource allocation, and cross-functional coordination
Ability to drive change, manage complexity, and deliver results in a fast-paced, global environment

Reporting to thethewill be responsible for
What a typical day looks like:
Manage the commercial finance function including accounting, reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
Manage the financial forecasting efforts, ensuring accuracy, alignment with business goals, and timely updates to support decision making across the business
Manage preparation of quarterly financial reporting package for leadership review
Present financial performance and strategic insights in clear, concise and actionable formats
Work closely with sales, procurement and other departments to verify and approve pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and margin optimization
Develop and establish financial reporting requirements
Support external auditors in their examination of quarterly and year-end financial statements
Ensure monthly informative account analysis and reconciliations are performed
Coach and mentor financial professionals in organization
Be abreast of industry trends and apply to business model as appropriate
Analyze market practice to benchmark current systems and controls to verify systems and process integrity in order to enhance the Company's value
Identify and assess financial risks and opportunities, developing action plans as needed
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
Relevant BSc/MSc degree along with additional credentials (CPA, CFP, CMA, CA or similar)
Strong background in finance (typically 10+ years), ideally within a manufacturing environment
Experience with implementing and utilising ERP systems is highly desirable
Advanced knowledge of financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting
Experience in and understanding of US GAAP and international finance
Solid leadership / management skills with demonstrable finance management experience
Possess strong Excel skills, demonstrable experience using Excel extensively
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
