What a Typical Day Looks Like

  • Lead and manage business development and business intelligence efforts, along with marketing strategies targeted at the data center market.
  • Establish and execute a long-term strategy for growth within the data center segment.
  • Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and industry partners to support strategic growth.
  • Support brand visibility and engagement efforts through marketing activities.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to enable successful go-to-market plans for new services and offerings.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Bring innovative thinking to improve engagement strategies and drive successful conversions.

The Experience We Are Looking to Add to Our Team

  • Proven experience in business development or marketing, preferably within the technology or data center industries.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans with measurable outcomes.
  • Strongrelationship-buildingskills and experience managing external partnerships.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, self-starting approach—comfortable working as an individual contributor.
  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Background or working knowledge of power solutions for data centers.
  • Familiarity with DC/DC power conversion technologies or adjacent markets.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.
  • Preferably located in UK, Ireland, Sweden, Italy or Germany
