Your key responsibilities

  • Use your knowledge and implementation experience to shape our services to meet client needs
  • Use expertise to manage and deliver HR Transformation projects across various sectors, enhancing the change experience for diverse organisations.
  • Leverage your previous HR Technology experience to develop and deliver fit-for-purpose analysis, recommendations, solutions, reports, presentations, and other project deliverables
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) to meet client requirements and business processes.
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and provide best practice recommendations.
  • Develop and document functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration workbooks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to ensure seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and third-party systems.
  • Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for complex issues related to Employee Central and Payroll.
  • Provide expert – level advice and guidance on payroll deployment approach and planning
  • Perform data migration and validation activities to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay updated with the latest SuccessFactors releases and enhancements and provide recommendations for system improvements.

Skills and attributes for success

  • A relevant Degree or Qualification in Business/Commerce, HR, HR Technology, or Information Systems
  • Experience working with different HR/Payroll systems and HR processes including process review and design
  • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll at a minimum
  • Worked in a lead / senior capacity for a minimum 5 end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations
  • Understanding of HR Technology related business challenges and how to improve people and business experience
  • Proven experience designing and configuring Australian Payroll to ensure compliance with the state and national legislation requirements
