Your key responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize global compensation processes:Oversee monthly data collection, processing, and payroll reporting across international client engagements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while leveraging analytics and automation to streamline high-volume workflows.
  • Collaborate across borders for integrated delivery:Coordinate with global EY teams and client contacts to align tax, payroll, compensation, and social security reporting, while managing offshore support in India to delegate and review tasks effectively.
  • Drive client success and regional growth:

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experienced in global mobility and compliance:Brings 4–5 years of expertise in employment tax, payroll, and related fields, gained through roles in professional services, relocation providers, and internal HR/tax/finance teams.
  • Skilled in data analysis and stakeholder management:Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables) and multi-source data interpretation, with strong communication, organization, and time management skills for handling global stakeholders and tight deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented and process-driven:

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Project management or coordination experience— especially in multi-stakeholder or cross-border environments.
  • Experience working across a global network— familiarity with international collaboration and cultural nuances.
  • Exposure to automation technologies— such as Alteryx, Power Automate, or similar tools.
