Expoint is delighted to offer a customer success engineer role in the tech industry in CyberArk! In this role, you'll be the customer's go-to person for anything and everything related to their CyberArk products and services. You'll have the opportunity to leverage their technical acumen as well as your client-facing skills to educate, advise, and operate as a bridge between CyberArk and the customer. You will display diligence in learning the customer's systems, optimization of solutions, and delivering on questions and problems. Your mission is to suggest and identify project solutions that provide a beneficial outcome and experience for the customer. Your primary objectives will include optimizing customer value and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will find yourself standing on the cutting-edge of the technology industry. This means not only having an extensive understanding of new technologies, frameworks, and software, but also how to design security and access management systems. As a customer success engineer, you must understand the customer's technical requirements in order to collaborate with the product team and refine customer's product experience. You will furthermore explain technical elements of CyberArk services and solutions to customers in simple terms and always be on the lookout for ways to better serve the customer. You will also train customers on new technologies and ensure customer satisfaction by keeping in contact with customers and proactively working on their behalf. Ultimately, the customer success engineer is a vital role in the CyberArk tech industry. This position requires dedication and enthusiasm for serving the customer, as well as a deep understanding of the current technical landscape.
