Role & Responsibilities:
Recommend and participate in activities related to the plan, design, development and maintenance of the security architecture related to cyber resilience ,more focus on financial services industry and high-tech manufacture industry.

  • Define security strategy ,roadmap and delivery phases to attain target state enterprise security architecture along customer’s digital transformation journey.
  • Deliver architectures for various cyber resilience capabilities that include but not limited to Zero Trust Architecture, SASE, Cloud and Cloud/Hybrid security, Cloud and Cloud-native workload protection, network segmentation, device identity, data protection and encryption, FSI regulatory compliance and visibility, cyber defense and SOC.
  • Deliver high-level solution design that can overlay and imbed security controls in underlying IT and network infrastructure like data center, enterprise network, and cloud.
  • Design and identify requirements for streamlining security operations and the automation for the operation of security capabilities across the IT segments.
  • Design and identify requirements and security solutions for security monitoring, compliance, detection and response.
  • Establish a defense in depth approach-based enterprise security architecture identifying requirements for core capabilities of prevention, protection, detection and response and recovery with different enterprise network segments.
  • Research overall security solutions on the market for particular technical requirements and business needs.
  • Work with account and sales teams as the evangelist and trusted advisor to position Cisco’s security vision.
  • Work with customers, partners and account teams in the formulation of project execution and delivery strategies.
  • Conduct and actively participate in meetings related to the designated projects with local customers and partners.
  • Advise and recommends enterprise architecture strategies, processes and methodologies.

Minimum qualifications:
  • 10+ years’ experience defining and implementing whole enterprise security architecture. Deep knowledge and experience in security capabilities of software defined networking, cyber defense, penetration testing, etc.
  • Experience in delivery of security architecture covering data center, cloud and cloud/hybrid, network core, WAN, branch and edge, and understanding of different technologies across cyber s ecurity and IT infrastructure.
  • Extensive experience with enterprise security architecture best practices and goals.
  • Excellent communication skill, ability to present and communicate the proposed solution and service offerings, articulate business case for security investments to business professionally with customer’s key stakeholders (CSO, CIO, architecture office, etc. ).

About the Role

As a key member of the Silicon Manufacturing Operations (SMO) team, you will be responsible for developing and executing supply plans for a product family, ensuring that supply aligns with demand and that operational targets are met.

What You'll Do

Demand-Supply Balancing:Proactively identify and resolve potential supply gaps and excesses by analyzing demand signals, inventory levels, and production capacity. Work with demand planning and sales operations to understand demand drivers and changes.

Inventory Management & Optimization:Manage inventory levels for assigned products against targets. Implement inventory strategies to optimize stock, minimize obsolescence, and ensure product availability.

Risk Identification & Mitigation:Identify potential risks to supply (e.g., material shortages, capacity constraints, supplier issues) and develop mitigation plans. Escalate critical issues as needed.


Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Monitoring & Reporting:Track and report on key supply planning KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, inventory turns, plan attainment). Analyze performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Work closely with Demand Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Sales Operations to ensure alignment and effective execution of supply plans.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in supply planning, production planning, or materials management, preferably within the technology or semiconductor industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field - or equivalent education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of supply planning principles, inventory management techniques, and capacity planning.
