What You'll Do

* Driving customer success of Global Accounts by achieving sales and customer satisfaction goals

* Possessing strategic technical & Architecture Play knowledge, and being able to do Integrated Territory Plan for provincial & municipal level.

* Applying sales experience working with corporate partners, especially local partner to cover Tencent business and growth.

* Responsible for an annual booking/revenue quota with significant growth in subsequent years

* Along with sales planning, to be responsible for accurate forecasting

* Direct customer contact comprising a major portion of this assignment

Who You Are

* At least 5 years Sales Experiences in account and channel, Familiar with Global Account business is a plus)

* Demonstrated Sales record year on year

* Must have both the sales skills and technical knowledge to make presentations and lead customer discussions to advance the sales process

* Will need to make important resource decisions that apply both corporate and account team resources to new opportunities

* BA degree - MBA or graduate degree preferred

* Specific examples of closing deals

* Developing customer relationships

* Understanding a broad range of Cisco technologies required

What You'll Do

The two products you will be responsible for in this role is Duo and Secure Access. This requires a solid understanding of customer value drivers related to Identity security and Secure Service Edge.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years selling cybersecurity software solutions for cloud-native applications
  • 5+ years experience with leading customer conversations with an understanding of business value drivers, platform architectures, and the underlying infrastructure (whether on-prem, cloud, multi-cloud, or hybrid)
  • 5+ years experience with effectively using listening, presentation, and writing skills to drive action with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Ability to travel

  • Selling cybersecurity software solutions for cloud-native applications

    • Lead all phases of incident response, including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, recovery and communication.
    • Act as the primary decision-maker during cybersecurity incidents, coordinating efforts across technical and business teams.
    • Ensure adherence to the organization's incident response framework and regulatory requirements.
  1. Strategic Communication
    • Serve as the main point of contact for incident updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
    • Provide detailed, actionable reports during and after incidents, including root cause analysis and mitigation strategies.
  1. Collaboration and Coordination
    • Collaborate with Corporate CSIRT, Incident Command, Cyber legal, IT, risk management, Data Protection and other departments to ensure a unified response.
    • Engage with third-party vendors, Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and law enforcement when necessary.
  1. Preparation and Readiness
    • Develop, maintain, and test incident response plans, playbooks, and escalation procedures.

  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., CSL, DSL, PIPL, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in Chinese and English.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3+ years in an incident response or leadership role.

Who You’ll Work With
The Cloud and AI Infrastructure team is responsible for helping the extensive Cisco customer base transform their business using AI technology built on Cisco data centre and cloud infrastructure. The team works with customers, partners and engineering teams to take customer problems and turn them into business advantage through real world use cases.
Who You Are
You will create and execute a business development strategy to uncover opportunity for Cisco’s Cloud and AI infrastructure products and services. You will identify and prioritise target accounts and develop relationships with key decision-makers and strategic business partners and technology alliances. You will engage deeply with clients to understand their business challenges and conduct detailed analysis to find opportunities to insert meaningful AI solutions that will be a key enabler for their AI and business transformation journey. Finally , you will be seen as the subject-matter expert for these solutions and will have to be able to run a full sales cycle and align with your connected teams on key deals to meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
