As the Area Sales Manager for the enterprise sales team, you will be responsible for providing strong leadership and direction to a team of sales professionals focused on driving the achievement of assigned sales quotas and goals. You will work closely with partners located within a defined geographic territory, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales objectives while fostering long-term relationships and sustained growth in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve the company's sales goals across the assigned territory, including providing guidance on lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales.
  • Establish performance goals for individual sales representatives and ensure that the team adheres to best practices in sales techniques, customer engagement, and relationship-building.

Sales Quota and Goal Achievement:

  • Oversee the team’s performance in relation to established sales quotas and KPIs, providing coaching and support as necessary to ensure consistent achievement.
  • Drive efforts to meet quarterly and annual sales targets by closely monitoring sales activities, tracking progress, and adapting strategies as needed.

Partner and Reseller Management:

  • Collaborate with strategic partners, resellers, and large accounts to foster strong working relationships, ensuring they are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and support they need to sell effectively.
  • Drive the identification and onboarding of new partners, resellers, and VARs (Value Added Resellers), ensuring a robust and dynamic sales channel.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the performance of existing distributors and resellers through training, enablement, and co-marketing efforts.

Market Awareness & Presence:

  • Proactively engage with existing and potential customers, partners, and resellers to educate them on Check Point products, solutions, and market trends.
  • Contribute to increasing Check Point’s visibility and brand awareness through targeted outreach to potential partners, technology consultants, and large enterprise customers.
  • Actively represent Check Point at trade shows, seminars, and industry events, working to elevate the company’s presence and build strong relationships with partners, customers, and industry influencers.

Performance Reporting & Analysis:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key sales metrics to senior leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment with broader company objectives.
  • Use CRM tools and sales analytics to track team progress and identify areas for improvement in sales performance and overall strategy.

Customer & Partner Relationship Management:

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with top-tier customers and key partners, becoming their trusted advisor and helping drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Act as a liaison between the sales team and customer support teams to resolve escalated issues and ensure exceptional service levels.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales management, particularly within the technology or cybersecurity sectors.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Experience with partner/channel management, strategic alliances, and the reseller ecosystem.
  • In-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, specifically related to enterprise solutions and technologies.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and execute sales strategies in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings, trade shows, and customer engagements.

  • Plan and execute our post-sale onboarding process, to move the Harmony Email Security platform to production and provide the initial training
  • Assist and track customers with the ongoing deployment and usage of Harmony Email Security products and services
  • Direct crisis and incident response, working with the account team, technical support, operations and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution, while communicating effectively with customers
  • Develop, execute, and maintain customer support channels inclusive of email, chat, phone, text, social and on-site (when possible) to review support interactions, system status, major issues, upcoming releases, and other pertinent items.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to measure customer satisfaction and collect customer feedback for each area of the business
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key customer decision makers
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts (Upsell/Cross-sell) and maintain existing accounts (renewal)
  • Liaise with other departments (Products, Engineering, Support) around field priorities and ongoing product road-map priorities; act as the internal customer advocate
Qualifications
  • Experience with email authentication protocols like DMARC, DKIM, SPF, and similar technologies to ensure email integrity
