Support senior leaders on key areas such as building an inclusive and diverse team, creating a culture of belonging, and acting as a sounding board for all associates to encourage cross pollination, collaboration, and high performance
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
At least 3 yearsof client facing experience OR at least 3 years of consulting experience OR a combination
