As an Associate within Small Business Lending, you will apply your strategic, analytical, and platform skills to enhance the lending experience for both internal and external customers. You’ll team with world-class professionals to develop and implement system, data, reporting, and process enhancements that ultimately impact the bottom line. This includes owning and optimizing reporting capabilities within the loan originations platform to ensure stakeholders have the insights needed to drive results. And you will do it all in a collaborative environment that values your insight, encourages you to take on new responsibility, promotes continuous learning, and rewards innovation.
Responsibilities
Partner cross-functionally with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive business outcomes
Support platform optimization and configuration vision and assist with requirements gathering, story writing, prioritizing, and execution in a complex, dynamic environment
Effectively advocate for and represent the voice of customers (internal and external) to influence organizational objectives, roadmaps and the overall customer experience
Ensure projects are being delivered on time and on budget within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing risk
Build credibility and trust within the team, with our customers and with our stakeholders
Apply strong communication skills to influence business decisions and inspire breakthrough results
Regularly and systematically use data to uncover opportunities, track platform and process performance, and influence decision making
Perform regular analysis of results and subsequent drivers to identify and implement continuous improvement efforts
Drive transformational improvements in the customer experience / process
Own the end-to-end reporting suite within loan originations platform–interpreting existing reports, identifying data gaps or opportunities for new metrics, and developing custom reporting to support business goals
Stay current with platform enhancements to optimize reporting capabilities and ensure key stakeholders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights

Ability to Work with Data
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 2 years of SaaS Platform Administration experience
At least 2 years of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
Preferred Qualifications:
At least 3 years of Project Management or Process Management experience
At least 3 years of SaaS Platform Administration experience
At least 3 years of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets experience
This role is hybrid meaning associates spend 3 days per week in-person at one of our offices listed on this job posting. Fridays are enterprise- wide virtual work days. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in our beautifully-designed team areas.
Plano, TX: $64,700 - $73,900 for Process Manager Richmond, VA: $64,700 - $73,900 for Process ManagerThis role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.. Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level.
