In this role, you will help enterprises transform how they manage complex network infrastructures through the intelligent automation, predictive insights, and real-time remediation capabilities of the BMC Helix platform.
You'll play a critical role in demonstrating how BMC Helix brings AI, machine learning, and autonomous agents to the forefront of network visibility, fault isolation, and performance optimization.
Here is how, through this exciting role, you will contribute to BMC's and your own success:
- Partnering with sales teams to identify customer challenges in network performance, availability, and fault management.
- Deliver tailored technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements that show how BMC Helix and specifically Netreo:
- Monitors and visualizes end-to-end network topology and health
- Uses AI-driven root cause analysis (RCA) and event correlation to reduce noise and accelerate remediation
- Applies predictive analytics to proactively address network degradation
- Monitors device configurations, compliance auditing and tracking of changes.
- Network path insights, and Role-Based Access & Security
- Lead discovery sessions to map business needs to BMC Helix capabilities, particularly around:
- Network observability
- Service-aware infrastructure monitoring
- Dynamic baselining and anomaly detection
- Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to stay current with platform innovations, particularly in:
- Network Performance Management
- Broader AIOps Capabilities
- BMC Helix GPT (Agentic AI capabilities)
- Support RFP/RFI responses and assist in building customized solution architectures that align with the customer's enterprise network and ITSM stack.
- Support the delivery of hands-on workshops and bootcamps for the enablement and expansion of our GTM partners

To ensure you’re set up for success, you will bring the following skillset and experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3+ years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering for enterprise IT operations or network management tools.
- Solid understanding of:
- Network monitoring technologies (SNMP, NetFlow, ICMP, syslog, etc.)
- Fault and performance monitoring
- Service modeling and impact analysis
- Hands-on knowledge of platforms such as BMC Helix Operations Management, TrueSight, SolarWinds, Cisco DNA, or similar network monitoring tools.
- Experience or familiarity with AIOps, machine learning, and AI agents in IT operations environments.
- Strong presentation, communication, and customer engagement skills.
- Language requirement: fluency in Arabic
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with BMC Helix products, particularly Netreo NPM, Helix Discovery, Helix Operations Management, and HelixGPT.
- Understanding of ITIL, service assurance, and event correlation frameworks.

As a Lead Enablement Manager within Global Ecosystem Sales (GES) Organization, strategize and take ownership of all enablement activities at SIs. Be a part of
Key Responsibilities
- Create and Execute the Partner Readiness Program for WW GOSI Accounts.
- Engage regularly with key partners to monitor enablement process, new requirements, and future goals
- Proactively engage with appropriate partner contacts from delivery, project office, COE, alliance teams to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute product trainings as per the skill and role based learning path
- Build BMC skilled communities within the sales and delivery teams of the WW GOSI Accounts by identifying white spaces and developing and executing account specific proactive plans to cover the same.
- Drive joint quarterly and annual business planning to ensure proper planning and execution of the enablement plans.
- Develop relationships with the stakeholders in the Accounts by visiting and meeting them regularly. Use local ecosystems and available experts to nurture and grow champions.
- Work with Account SPOC’s and Sales teams to establish annual and quarterly accreditation and certification targets for each Account.
- Identify and communicate trends and client feedback from the program to the Account team for current and future Sales Plays.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Enablement team to manage the overall course catalogue, content and training calendar for GOSI accounts.
- Own, forecast and manage the WW Channel Development Fund/budget on an annual basis.
- Communicate program and account progress to management in weekly, monthly and quarterly reports against plan targets.
- Provide regular updates to Account Management management and GOSI Sales management on the status of each partner's enablement
- Co-create and maintain training calendar and take responsibility of rolling out trainings by collaborating with BMC Education as a delivery partner.
Basic Qualification Needed
Presentation and writing skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to internal and external organizations.
Experience working within the enterprise software development industry and matrixed organization.
Experience in enterprise software and familiarity with cloud computing platforms and services.
Execution focus and strategic mindset
What experience is needed?
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of customer interaction
