(OTIF) supply of orders while considering logistical restrictions and the individual Market Targets.

The role will streamline Order Management as a process ensuring best practices are followed for

return to brand and minimize overall Supply Chain costs. The role will also be responsible for

supporting Demand Planning (Consolidation) on seasonal demand as well as Inventory Days

Lasting (IDL) & Inventory management targets of EM Central.

Key Responsibilities:

* Drives key buy initiatives and provide Senior Management with status reports

* Executes forecast and purchase process (SP forecasting) to determine appropriate quantities to

meet the demand for each individual category; Accountable to influence the appropriate

* Ensures that pre-season landed cost analysis is executed correctly with updated parameters,

* Monitors the right products are procured at the right time in right quantity in alignment with Global

Supply Planning and Market Logistics to achieve the required On Time Availability (OTA)

performance KPI’s

* Tracks purchasing KPI’s - ensuring the highest sales order and forecast coverage against Purchase

* Identify critical supply chain constraints and determine actions to overcome supply problems of

critical products (i.e., airfreight, push / pull PODD dates)

* Responsible for supporting / complementing Demand Planning teams on delivering the IDL

targets of EMC by controlling buying volumes, ex-factory dates and relevant push / pull activities

* Responsible for supporting the Traffic Light reporting

REQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for degree.

Employees are eligible to earn an annual bonus based on both company and personal performance. Employees accrue prorated flexible time off in the amount .4388 hours per day that increases with years of service, twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year and Service Time Off during milestone years.

The anticipated low and high end of the base pay range for this position is $74,744 - $95,000. Actual salary will be based on various factors, such as a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and competencies, proficiency for the role.

1. Vendor & Operational Management – Payment, Fraud, and Refund

  • Assist with managing the daily operations of our third-party customer service partner, ensuring successful KPI performance, including a specialized focus on fraud, payment, and security standards.
  • Manage dynamic, high-volume workloads that evolve based on business trends and insights with a specialty focus that will include payment, fraud, and refunds.
  • Partner with internal fraud and payment support teams to identify areas of opportunity and ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented and executed in the contact center.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and data insights to monitor department and agent performance in policy adherence and refund activity.

2. Refund & Appeasement Oversight

  • Conduct root cause analysis of consumer friction and work with stakeholders across e-Com and the entire organization to eliminate friction in the consumer experience.
  • Create and share reporting utilizing dashboards and data from across the organization on consumer contact volume, cost of contacts, agent refund activity, and gift cards tracking.
  • Work with global and local stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement internal refund policies in the contact center, balancing customer satisfaction with sound financial outcomes.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure consumer services practices remain current and effective.

3. Experience and Automation

  • Identify, prioritize, and implement automation and self-service solutions to reduce consumer contact volumes and improve consumer resolutions.
  • Collaborate with global product owners and local teams to enhance the agent experience through better tools, effective technologies, streamlined workflows, and optimized processes.
  • Partner with CS Learning Operations to design, update, and implement learning content for agents in the contact center.
  • Work within the Consumer Services team to keep the policy and process knowledge base updated and accurate.
