Consistently update reports, seek enhancements, and share insights with partners and teams Maintain and drive the usage of tools/methodologies and research guidelines/frameworks for research across organization
Generate insights and consolidate research from across organization into single source of truth with the support of the team
Provide business portfolio insights (channel, categories and markets) and recommendations
Leverage country feedback to continuously improve business insights and identify opportunities/threats
Support future business choices as well as train and coach users
Help and drive implementation of business insights platforms
Recommend and research new insight tools/methods and models regarding their organizational relevance
Previous experience in working with third parties.
Reporting Provide clear, concise, and actionable recommendations by drawing out key insights from in-depth, complex data sources and reporting these to various internal stakeholders
Generate and update monthly/quarterly reports on time to be delivered to key stakeholders across the region
Support of business development and analytics community
Consult the global community of market intelligence/business development or consumer insights analysts embedded in the market, and ensure define consistent methodologies, approaches, processes and KPIs and metrics across the region
Go beyond and also connect Market Intelligence insights with other teams (Strategy planning, execution, Brand Insights, Finance and others) to push the organization triggering strategic initiatives
Work closely with othe analysts around the market and make them highly effective and self-sufficient in the usage of the market intelligence analytics tool
Develop and nurture a MI network, both within and outside of adidas, to ensure that best practices and innovations are disseminated across the company
Present and promote results and insights to adidas colleagues at all levels, including senior stakeholders Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years’ marketing intelligence experience
University Degree (e.g. in Business, Marketing, Economics, Econometrics, International Management and numeric/statistical discipline)
Proven experience of cross-functional and collaborative working (matrix organization)
Works at ease on all hierarchy levels
Fluency in English (written and verbal), working spanish
