Minimum 8+ years experience of business and analysis, preferably from an in-house strategy or business planning role at a leading media company, or a top tier management consultancy.
Deep understanding of subscription business model, as well as the digital media and entertainment landscape - paired with strong awareness of Apple’s unique role in this landscape.
Proven track record of influence and stakeholder management - able to quickly build trust, collaborate cross-functionally, and to navigate a complex organization to make things happen.
Exceptional prioritization and decision-making skills, with the ability to cut through ambiguity to identify what matters most, and steer complex, cross-functional efforts in that direction.
Operates with high autonomy and sound judgment, knowing when to act independently and when to seek input/ alignment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to develop and deliver executive-level presentations. Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
University degree, MBA or Post-Graduate.
Passion and sensibility for the media entertainment industry.
Natural aptitude for translating data into insights, and the ability to influence business decisions based on these. Strong quantitative analysis skills and proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
Solid understanding of product management and initiative roadmaps, and other key functions such as marketing, customer offers and partnerships, preferably within a digital media company.
A global mindset that understands the nuances across countries and regions and how to scale programs and initiatives globally.
