The primary responsibilities for this role include:Assist with enablement for enterprise sales plays.As the primary point of contact for the Executive Briefing Center program, work with the Briefing content program manager as well as enterprise content stewards and content management process to understand EBC critical metrics such as utilization, survey data, and future needs.Regularly report to senior leadership on content availability, usage, gaps, and success metrics, along with a roadmap for future content needs.
  • Approximately 5+ years of validated experience in sales, sales enablement or communications
  • Exceptional writing skills, and the ability to distill complex business topics and processes into simple and understandable language.
  • Strong understanding and experience with the Mac and or iOS platforms
  • Customer facing and external content development experience
  • Experience with running content workshops with subject matter experts
  • Great at storytelling and influencing
  • Demonstrated capacity to work well in a team environment
  • Experience interacting with and influencing team members and partners at all levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail; Ability to prioritize, manage, and advance multiple projects and deliver results in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
  • Knowledge of Apple products and software such as Keynote and Pages
  • Highly professional, with the ability to deliver solid work on tight schedules
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule and embrace change enthusiastically
  • Ability to take feedback and rapidly prototype
  • Experience in account management or sales enablement would be an advantage
