• 10 years+ B2B marketing experience in a dynamic environment. Professional services experience is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated team leadership and development of high performing teams.
• Proven marketing expertise and a passion for leading a marketing portfolio.
• Demonstrated marketing management experience within a large, matrixed and fast-paced B2B organisation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Has a track record of being a respected & valued internal collaborator & partner to deliver better outcomes for the firm.
