TheData Quality Analytics & ReportingLead Analystis responsible for delivering subject matter and industry expertise across the enterprise in coordination with the Model Risk Management Data Quality Analytics & Reporting team. This position will engage in the management and execution of data quality routines, develop and deploy reports & reporting solutions based on business requirements, and help lead the Model Risk Inventory Reporting & Data Quality Re-engineering project currently in flight. Requires strong analytical skills, in-depth understanding of data and reporting, project management skills, and proficiency in communicating & coordinating with a wide group of stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Leads reengineering efforts to drive adoption and implementation of a new data quality and reporting platform for model risk inventory data; this includes driving & documenting business requirements, testing, user training, data migration and overall project management

• Designs/analyzes complex reports to satisfy management requirements

• Lead ad-hoc analysis to support audit and regulatory exams

• Owns and executes key controls assigned to the group and present results to management

Qualifications:

• 6-10 years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred
• Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives
• Effective collaborator, by being able to build relationship and partnership s with others to meet shared objectives
• Communicates effectively and in a way that conveys a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects
• Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• SQL, R Studio, and Tableau Experience a plus
• Familiar with Agile methodology & related tools (i.e., JIRA & Confluence)
• Experience in Model Risk, Operational Risk, Consulting, or Technology
• Experience in large transformation efforts

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
