What you’ll do

Expected Start Date: May 2025

Contract Duration: 12 months

Work Hours: 40 hours per week

  • Gain internal communications experience through direct exposure to all parts of a fast paced and dynamic communications lifecycle
  • Support the execution of various communications, events, and employee engagement programs for a large-scale, influential organization within SAP
  • Craft messaging around key initatives and programs, including support for the regional CS&D Senior Leadership Team
  • Assist with the planning and execution of key internal events including leadership summits, all employee meetings, and employee listening forums

Education: Communications, Journalism or Marketing

Eligibility: Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program

  • Strong written and verbal communication, active listening and the ability to engage team members effectively; The individual must know how to tailor communications for a variety of audiences and communicate messaging clearly and effectively
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently and ensure timely follow-ups and accurate record-keeping
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and the ability to think critically and solve challenges
