In this role, you’ll:
Onboarding Digital Experience Operations
• Onboarding Resource Centers Maintenance: The onboarding resource center is a one-stop shop for SAP customers and you directly support solution specialists on the daily routine of updates and continuous improvement of this page. This routine is run based on data analysis and our central branding guidelines.
• Webinar Landing Pages Maintenance: You will be responsible for helping to create and execute a viable maintenance routine Webinar page that can be used across solution areas within the Onboarding Center.
• Branding and Assets creation: In alignment with Onboarding Leadership directions and our yearly communication plan, design the visual resources needed to support our communications strategy to ensure consistent branding and effective messaging across platforms.
• Stakeholders Communications and Messaging: Create the assets and experiences needed to offer straightforward and easy-to-grasp messaging around our strategy to internal and external audiences. A routine for continuous and proactive success stories gathering and communication with our stakeholders is in place, having as core pillars team communications, stakeholder engagement and alignment, and offering advertisement to our customers.
• Customer Onboarding Strategy Support: Support activities involved in the design and continuous improvement of the Customer Onboarding Strategy. In practice, here you support the creation of communication assets that are aligned with our corporate and organizational strategy, market trends, and ultimately drive the definition of the strategic priorities for our team.
• Experience Mapping & Content Curation: Support the daily operations of the Experience Owners team, which is responsible for the end-to-end onboarding journey mapping and curation of the content leveraged in the Onboarding Experience across solution areas.
• Involvement in Ad-hoc Projects: Get involved in ad-hoc strategic initiatives to address business and transformation demands. Some examples are Customer Feedback Program Operations (Customer Surveys), Strategic Metrics Analysis & Market Trends, and competitors’ research.
• Social Media: Engage with the creation of social media content, spanning from webinar promotions to team updates, videos, and GIFs, helping Onboarding build an active online presence.
• AI Media: Utilize AI tools to develop diverse assets, including cross-solution area videos, to enhance the visual content strategy.

• Positive, "Can-do" mentality, with a passion for learning taking things off the drawing board.
• Ambition to grow at SAP in a customer success organization and learn global strategy routines.
• Good graphical design skills or interest in developing it - i.e., Adobe Suite and MS PowerPoint.
• Experienced in video editing, or interest in developing it – i.e., Adobe Premier, After Effects, and AI video tool as a plus.
• Participated in creation or maintenance activities of SharePoint Pages, or the interest to learn by doing.
• Good at planning and proven consistent in commitment and time management.
• Fluent communication in English is very important as we are a global team - other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment.
• Good logical skills for managing, creating internal processes.
