This role is a combination of sales and businessdevelopment functions aiming on the development of existing distributionnetwork across UK&I. As Distribution Partner Manager, you will develop,manage and maximize revenue volume and profitability of the ProductivityProducts solutions at distributors. To be successful, You will ensure thatdistributors requirements are identified and addressed within our organization.She or He will provide commercial and technical support and create a strongrelationship with existing distributors and distributor’s channel network.

YOUR ROLE

Make the territory Distribution sales out target happening on a monthly and quarterly basis:

  • Expand the unmanaged partners business total sales out through distribution.
  • Own and deliver the monthly, quarterly Run Rate forecast with support of the territory channel management and territory director.
  • Provide, Support and Coordinate with Distributors delivery of a solid project forecast from the Channel and Enterprise sales team.
  • Influence European business and marketing initiative in collecting competitive intelligence to adapt the business strategy to the UK&I market changes, threats, and opportunities.
  • Work in cross-functional team, projects to ensure that the information is transmitted internally to relevant departments (Product- and Marketing Managers, Management, R&D, etc.)
  • Track all the sales-related activities and partner-related data in the CRM system (SalesForce), monitor critical metrics and report weekly performance.

Own, Support and Execute Distributors marketing program:

  • Pairs with European Distribution partner managers and Channel marketing: Define regular cadence and review of activities to strengthen Honeywell share of wallet position within the UK&I market.
  • Influence Distributors quarterly marketing program: Events, Digital, Incentives. Be Review execution and ROI. Define follow up.
  • Attend Distributors events, and represents Honeywell within all Distributor channel partner events.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven track of record as a successful Distribution, channel sales person.
  • Strong knowledge of Honeywell Distributors.
  • Strong sales skills including sales processes, sales techniques and methodologies.
  • Deep understanding of current market trends, dynamics and key competitors.
  • Experience in building business relationships.
  • Experience in working for large-size local and global companies.
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • PC literate with excellent data analytics skills.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience from the auto ID / Supply Chain solution sectors is a mandatory
  • Pro-active and entrepreneurial mindset

  • Travel through the assigned region as the business and opportunities demand – occasionally at short notice.
  • The ability to make international business trips out of the given region.
