Partnering with our product, operations, engineering and 3rd party providers to overcome challenges and delivery superior results to our clients.
Finding opportunities to improve a clients success leveraging our solutions
Communicating clearly and frequently with key stakeholders to update the teams and highlight risks that could impact timing, costs or performance.
Building rapport and strong customer relationships from the executive level down
Being the single point of contact for the customer for all requests, escalations, and commercial discussions
Working closely with the WCT product, support and leadership teams to ensure the customer has everything they need to be successful
Being a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their business initiatives to effectively address their challenges and goals
What You'll Bring:
5+ years of experience in Account Management for Saas companies
Experience consistently hitting a minimum of million dollarrs in quotas
A disciplined approach regarding the use of CRM database (SFDC)
Solution-oriented; Experience in identifying suitable solutions based on unique customer challenges
Experience in a team-based selling environment
Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
Experience in working with retail technology customers is preferred
Knowledge of the retail industry is preferred
