Build up and manage a streamlined escalation process on sovereignty driven escalations in for APJ
Setup and manage mission rooms to handle ad hoc escalations, ensuring structured and results-focused efforts to resolve issues with governments, partners, or customers in APJ
Build up GPC escalation body of knowledge in APJ and produce training and onboarding material for new hires in GPC escalation management as well as SAP internal stakeholders contributing to successful escalation management
Manage response activities end-to-end for government body driven escalations on SAP Sovereign Cloud products as well as escalations arising out of internal organizational company matters
Produce consolidated and aligned reports on sovereignty escalations in APJ for the Global Head of SS&D and Head of GPC for board-level reporting, applying experience in developing transparent working models for prioritizing and committing resources, and managing strategic partnerships
Manage multi-level stakeholder relationships within SAP to align and reduce the need for Executive Board and Executive Management involvement in data sovereignty escalations, drawing on experience in managing key client relationships and transitions to cloud platforms
Identify emerging trends in government, partner, and customer escalations on sovereignty topics in APJ and translate them into mitigating activities for GPC escalation management
Support the Global Head of SS&D and Head of GPC to maintain a unified voice on data sovereignty messaging across all SAP escalations in APJ
Master’s degree or equivalent
15+ years of professional experience, with extensive experience in customer facing program and/or strategic project management within SAP
Experience in security, data security or national security related fields preferred
Proven experience in escalation management in government, partner, or customer-facing roles is essential
Ability to analyze complex regulatory government security environments and their impact on SAP
Excellent communication and liaison skills, demonstrated through roles in strategic change management, stakeholder engagement, and/or conducting workshops for high profile clients
English language skills on native speaker level
