You will need to be able to work independently and take responsibility for decision-making and influence the delivery of your team.

Here's what you'll need
  • Expertise in building performance and passive design analysis, including, thermal comfort and façade optimisation
  • Experience in operational energy assessment and optimisation, energy Performance Certification, BRUKL compliance modelling and SAP assessment
  • Ability to undertake renewable and low zero carbon energy strategy assessments as well as early stage and whole building Life Cycle Assessment
  • An understanding of BREEAM and other environmental assessment methodologies
  • Experience in Dynamic Thermal Modelling (ideally using IES software)
  • Ideally knowledge of HVAC systems modelling using Apache HVAC or similar.
  • Excellent visual communication skills to enable effective sharing
  • Proficient in computational environmental analysis using ladybug tools / climate studio / pollination
  • Preferably some coding (python, c sharp) skills
