Your role:
In collaboration with market intelligence, understand localized clinical trends, reimbursement trends, and demographic trends in key markets and develop customer needs-based segmentation for the given clinical portfolio.
In collaboration with Clinical Excellence and R&D, develop and own the clinical portfolio roadmap. Own portfolio strategy and prioritization. Conduct advisory boards, focus groups to define and support the 3-5 clinical roadmap, as input to the strategic review process.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated offerings that meet the needs of priority customer segments, tailored by market.
Develop and own the thought leader (KOL) plan. Develop a publication plan with clinical excellence to support NPI launches. Develop a network of users and speakers to support NPI launches.
Develop and own business requirements, define the clinical evidence roadmap, and deliver go to market plan for new product introductions.
Develop a post-market expansion strategy for existing clinical products, supported by key research projects focusing on key clinical benefits, to drive market adoption.
Work with Field Marketing to develop a sales readiness plan in preparation for product launch and enable the market sales teams to Conduct customer executive presentations for key strategic accounts, coordinated as part of sales campaigns with priority customers.
You're the right fit if:
Advanced degree in science, engineering, business or a related field
At least 4-6 years experience in healthcare (preferably imaging)
Experience strongly desired in: clinical domain (preferably cardiology and or pediatrics), high-tech, and product development domains (preferably imaging)
4-6 year experience in Marketing, or a related field
Evidence of strong analytical skills and people relationships as well as communication skills and ability to influence colleagues
Familiarity with MR technologies that currently dominate the Senior Product Manager’s markets, and with the emerging MR technologies that will serve them in the future
Fluent in software product development, including e.g. claim generation, requirement specifications, and regulatory processes.
Boldness to create/shape markets whenever possible, exploiting Philips technologies, market positions, and brand
Ability to synthesize market and customer feedback and existing and new products into solutions; comfortable with making tradeoffs, and decisively
Expertise in delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality, and introduction date targets
