Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of experience in program or project management.
Experience developing and implementing global strategies and frameworks.
Experience managing programs and processes across distributed systems.
Experience with creating and implementing external communications plans, including crisis communication management, utilizing modern communication strategies.
Preferred qualifications:
JD, LLB, equivalent degree, or equivalent practical experience.
15 years of experience in community engagement, public policy, or attorney-level in government, in-house, or at a law firm.
Experience in building trust with local municipalities, non-profit decision makers, and community members.
Experience managing contractors, agencies, or other third-parties.
Understanding of research methodologies, including experience in developing and sharing strategic recommendations from a broad range of data sources (e.g., survey data, social intelligence, qualitative research, online telemetry, business metrics).
Ability to set clear expectations internally and externally based on community needs, available funding and timelines.
