Social Representation ResponsibilitiesManage the social representation agenda in partnership with the Employee Relations Leader (mandatory meetings, negotiations, elections, etc.)Support WC electoral processes.Analyse and provide guidance regarding the implementation of key company initiatives through information sharing, consultation, and negotiation activities.Prepare information/consultation documentation to support discussion with social partners.Prepare the relevant guidance for Leadership and other key partners in case of serious LR situations.Support local leaders with social partners’ queries/demands.Coordinate and deliver locally relevant Labour Relations Training.
