Function: GDS-CBS Skill Level: Experienced Rank: Senior Associate (65)
Sub Function: Talent Services Reports to: Talent Operations VTH Leader (Associate Director – 62)



Applications Used: SAP Success Factors Core HR, Employee Central

Shift: Aligned to the shift timings/schedule of the Region


Responsibilities:

• Support recurring (HR) processes as appropriate (e.g. including but not limited to: performance management, compensation, counselor/buddy assignments, contract renewals). Make process improvement suggestions and recommendations
• Disseminate talent information (e.g. headcount data, LEAD reporting, anniversary reports) to talent team members
• Maintain regular interaction with relevant Talent leads to ensure understanding of the business, strategy and goals
• Provide transactional work to aid in talent mega processes and strategic projects

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and learn quickly
• Proficient in the use of relevant business tools (Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, PowerPoint, etc); must be proficient in Excel, including the use of VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.
• Strong team working skills with the ability to team virtually
• Ability to multitask, manage multiple constituents and multiple deadlines


Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree, preference will be given for those with HR Specialization

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR or related field at a coordinator or administrative level
• Professional experience related to Talent processes, procedures, policies, and systems
• Strong project management, preferably within a Talent or HR function
• Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
• Working in international and diverse environments
