Minimum qualifications:

- 2 years of experience in Contract Manufacturer (CM) management.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in new product introduction (NPI) operations management or supply chain management/manufacturing operations/development or operations engineering.
- 3 years of experience in Contract Manufacturer (CM) management.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
