What you'll be doing:
Assist senior engineers in designing, and developing GPU server hardware and systems.
Actively learn and practice debugging skill, leveraging hands-on training and support from experienced team members to develop strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Support validation and testing of newly developed designs, including board bring-up and troubleshooting.
Assist in debug test configurations and support failure analysis under guidance from senior engineers (e.g., manufacturing defects, yield issues, bonepile recovery).
Document design processes, results, and lessons learned to support continuous improvement.
What we need to see:
Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
Understanding of electronic circuit theory, computer architecture, or hardware soldering skills from electrical engineering laboratory or projects.
Good problem-solving skills with a desire to learn system-level design and analysis techniques.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in English (written and spoken).
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
Academic projects or internships related to hardware, PCB design, or system integration.
Familiarity with CAD tools (e.g., Altium, Cadence, OrCAD) or simulation software used in hardware design.
Knowledge of GPU/server architecture, power delivery, signal integrity, or thermal design.
Knowledge of Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), or Design of Experiments (DOE) from academic projects.
Strong teamwork skills and a desire to collaborate across multiple functions.
