As a Client Service Specialist in the Commercial Banking team, you will handle inbound calls from internal clients, ensuring high-quality service with a focus on one-call resolution. You will analyze transactions and documents to provide effective solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from internal clients with professionalism.
  • Provide high-quality service emphasizing one-call resolution.
  • Analyze and interpret transactions, statements, and loan documents.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and services.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Multitask and ensure timely task delivery.
  • Support client service on payment and draw requests.
  • Research accounts and complete necessary servicing forms.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and a positive attitude.
  • Assist in resolving complex queries and client complaints.
  • Understand US banking and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • 5 years of contact center or loan servicing experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Client-focused with a sense of urgency and service excellence.
  • Flexible working hours between 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Experience in handling complex client service scenarios.
  • Familiarity with banking regulations and data protection.
