Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
9 years of experience working in a relevant creative discipline (e.g., writing, filmmaking, video, creative strategy, art direction, planning, etc.) within a multinational in-house team or advertising agency.
Experience using data, analytics, and desk research to reveal insights to create creative briefs and strategies that act as a springboard for creative excellence.
A portfolio of creative work relating to Global Policy.
Preferred qualifications:
Deep knowledge of key industry audiences: from global tech policymakers to teen creators.
Ability to develop and deliver valuable resources for uplevelling creative work across the region, and be a credible coach of briefing and guiding creative.
Expertise of reputational marketing and the headswinds faced by big tech - from following the conversations as they happen, to knowing how the competition are communicating in response.
