As the creative lead, you will inspire and mentor our London-based team, which comprises graphic designers, copy, animators, editors and producers. You will also regularly play your part in creatively leading the US and UK teams on global projects.
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who will be central to the continual improvement and development of the group. The role will include working within the over-arching brand guidelines whilst developing creative concepts that continue to engage and inspire our clients and internal partners.
- Continually refine and redefine the offering through creative leadership, developing a team that produce high quality creative work that connects with our audience and sets new standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge and share developments and trends in design and communications space.
- Share internal and external best practices and inspire others to be more creative and continually think of new ways to be engaging.
- Creative direction and development of concepts across multiple mediums including online, offline and within video.
- Work directly with internal partners to evaluate their ideas, develop their brief and maximise the impact of their commissions.
- Challenge, motivate and inspire the team to produce work that adheres to the highest standards, delivers business results and earns recognition and credit in the industry.
- Craft and deliver compelling presentations that sell our ideas and build understanding.
- Provide clear and objective critiques of creative work during development that empowers the team to better the creative outcome.

Experience/Qualifications:
- A design or related degree from a recognised school and at least 5 years’ experience working within a creative lead role associated with design/advertising and/or strategic marketing. Experience offering insight and creative direction to a team of creatives and of crafting and maintaining quality campaign and communications outcomes.
- Demonstrable skills in leading creative projects and the ability to deliver effective and measurable results through creative communications.
- Ability to work with experienced marketing professionals, but also experience of guiding and educating non-marketing people on occasions when they work with the team.
- A suitable candidate does not need to have worked client-side/in-house and does not even need to have an overly corporate portfolio. What is important is that they are a bright contributor who is keen to help to continue to shape this highly regarded group.
