Diversity and Inclusion: Champion diversity and inclusion efforts, ensuring that all employees feel valued and respected. Develop and support initiatives that promote a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Communication: Develop and execute communication strategies that effectively convey cultural and engagement initiatives to employees across the global organization. Utilize various channels to reach a diverse audience.
Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives by fostering a culture of adaptability and resilience. Provide guidance and support to teams during periods of transition.
Collaboration:create and maintain relationships with a wide range of stakeholders throughout the firm, from managing directors to people managers to developers working on the cloud platform
Qualifications include:
5+ years of hands-on experience leveraging strong communication, analytical, and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Experience in cross-functional teams with a proven ability to influence at a variety of levels of the organization
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to take technical topics and translate them into digestible information for varying stakeholder consumption
Organized, detail-oriented and proactive “self-starter” with a demonstrated ability to establish and build relationships and establish strong partnerships
Knowledge of PowerPoint, Canva, Confluence, Excel
Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
