Job responsibilities
- Process deposits and payments on Teller Express
- Research and resolve customer issue and inquires
- Process all received items within the Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
- Provide superior customer service in alignment with the organizations 5 Keys Blueprint
- Follow established process and procedures to complete work within SLA's
- Assist with closing responsibilities as a leader in the production floor
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong knowledge about check transactions and negotiability
- Branch Banking Center experience
- Follow procedures with ability to meet and maintain Quality and Productivity standards
- Must be able to adapt to a change in the work environment, included, but not limited to daily directives from leadership, changes to standard operating procedures, and new technology
- Able to maintain daily positive internal and external interactions, building upon team-driven success
- Able to prioritize assigned work daily based on client Service Level Agreements
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment as well as Independent problem-solving skills
- Strong listening and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
