Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Medical Plan, Measurement and Performance, and Dental/Vision and Insurances Teams
- Ensure effective collaboration and communication across teams and stakeholders
- Develop and mentor team members to enhance team strength
- Oversee US Healthcare and Insurance Programs, identifying marketplace trends and opportunities
- Evaluate vendors’ ongoing performance and manage programs budgets and related pricing activities
- Lead project management efforts, ensuring efficient resource utilization and progress monitoring
- Provide strategic direction for data and measurement, leverage data to drive decision-making and program improvements
- Enhance employee experience across healthcare and insurance programs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors for seamless program delivery (including leading communication efforts across Health and Insurance programs)
- Monitor legislative and regulatory changes to ensure compliance with new and existing requirements
- Empower teams to achieve goals and adjust priorities as needed
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in corporate benefits, benefits consulting, or health plan/health insurance/insurance fields
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience managing multiple teams.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare marketplace and employer sponsored insurance programs (large employer experience)
- Analytical skills with an ability to innovate and drive unique approaches and solutions
- Experience in a strategic, analytical, or metric-driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment, managing multiple deliverables across multiple teams
- Experience managing teams in a complex and fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively lead and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Experience working for a large Employer’s Benefit team (50,000+ employees)
